The Programme
Starting with September 2011 we are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shape Eastern European future with us:
Top graduates from Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania and Turkey will be carefully selected to enter a nine months, high-profile trainee-programme.
You will gather practical experience across various departments in your home country and gain intercultural experience during 2 country visits.
You will receive intensive training in the Vienna HQ in theory, personal skills and industry-specific topics.
You will be challenged to grow both professionally and personally.
On successful graduation from the Academy, there will be a world of opportunities opening up for you: you will assume a professional position in either product management or sales where you will further develop your own career path. How far you will go is up to you!
Do you have what it takes?
- You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a degree in business, economics or natural sciences (Candidates with up to two years of working experience are also welcome).
- Along with your excellent academic results you have strong command of English and are a native speaker of at least one language spoken in the above mentioned countries.
- You are a high-aspiring, determined individual who is looking to contribute to a thriving business in your home country.

Expect a thorough recruiting procedure:
