Brenntag AdBlue®

AdBlue® by Brenntag is a high purity 32.5% aqueous urea solution, directly injected into the exhaust gas where it serves as a reducing agent. Thereby ammonia is released, which subsequently reacts with the nitric oxides in the catalyst to elementary atmospheric nitrogen and water. Both, atmospheric nitrogen and water are natural constituents of the air we breathe. The percentage of nitric oxides in the emissions can be reduced by over 85%.

AdBlue® is not classified as hazardous product and therefore easy to handle. AdBlue® by Brenntag is guaranteed to meet the DIN 70070 standards and complies with ISO 22241 and CEFIC regulations to safeguard the qualtity assurance.
