University graduates
Top university graduates from the CEE region will be carefully selected through a multi-stage recruiting process before they enter our high-profile traineeprogramme. It provides a systema-tic entry into the business of Brenntag CEE.
What can you expect?
You will gather practical and intercultural expe-rience across various departments in your home country and during 2 country visits. you will receive intensive training in the Viennese head-quarter in theory, personal skills and industry specific topics. you will be challenged to grow both professionally and personally.
On successful graduation, there will be a world of opportunities opening up for you: you will assume a professional position in either product management or sales where you will further develop your own career path together with our local management. How far you will go is up to you!
Target group: 10 – 15 graduates with a degree in business, economics or natural sciencesduration: 9 months, starting every September.
